We are pleased to announce that COMPIRICUS has been awarded as a particularly good employer in the regional competition “Best Employers in NRW 2022” as well as “Best Employers in ICT” by Great Place to Work®.

The award was given to companies that offer their employees particularly attractive and conducive working conditions. The award stands for special commitment to shaping a trusting and conducive culture of cooperation within the company.

“By participating in the Great Place to Work® competitions, we regularly check the effectiveness of our measures to increase employee satisfaction and are therefore extremely pleased to once again be ranked among the best employers in ICT, thus receiving confirmation of our HR work,” says Michael Mansen, Chief Human Resources Officer.

Framework information on the “Best employers in ICT” competition

The basis for the evaluation was an anonymous and representative survey of COMPIRICUS employees on central workplace topics such as trust in managers, quality of cooperation, appreciation, identification with the company, professional development opportunities, remuneration, health promotion and work-life balance. In addition, management was surveyed on supportive HR measures and offerings in the company. The results of the two internationally proven survey instruments (Great Place to Work® employee survey + culture audit) were weighted in a ratio of 3:1; the focus is therefore on the direct assessment of employees.

German companies of all sizes took part in the current Great Place to Work® industry competition “Best Employers in ICT 2022”. They voluntarily submitted to an assessment of the quality and attractiveness of their workplace culture by the independent Great Place to Work® Institute and the verdict of their own employees. The list of the best employers was determined from the overall field of participants (benchmarking differentiated by company size). All participants benefited from the differentiated assessment and the impetus for further development as a good and attractive employer, regardless of their position on the best list.

Partners of the Great Place to Work industry initiative launched in 2013 and of the “Best Employers in ICT” competition are the digital association Bitkom, the trade magazine “Computerwoche” and the IT portal “ChannelPartner”. The umbrella is the cross-industry competition “Germany’s Best Employers,” which has been held annually since 2002.
