The first interview usually takes place online or by telephone. The purpose of the interview is to get to know each other and to establish mutual expectations and the cornerstones of a possible collaboration. Both someone from the HR department and someone from the specialist department take part in the interview from our side. If necessary, other people may also participate.
If this first interview is to the satisfaction of both parties, a second, more detailed interview will follow at short notice. If possible, this should be conducted in person at our offices. The group of participants is usually the same as in the first interview. This second interview usually consists of two parts: First, a classic job interview is conducted; in the second part, a practical task awaits you, based on which we test your methodical approach as well as - if already existant due to your career level - professional skills.
Following this second appointment, you will receive our final feedback within a short time as to whether you will be hired or not.
