If they do, we will contact you (usually by email) and invite you to an interview. We always do our best to conduct the interview so that we only need one appointment to make a final decision on your application. For you this means that:
- A representative from the personnel department as well as your future line manager from the specialist department will take part in your interview. Other interviewers may also be present.
- An interview with us usually comprises two parts: The first part takes the form of a classic interview, and in the second part you can expect a practical task enabling us to test your methodical approach and, if applicable, your technical skills, depending on what stage of your career you’re at.
If a face-to-face interview can’t be arranged quickly, (perhaps because you already have professional experience and spend the majority of your time on client projects), a telephone interview can be conducted to clarify the basic cornerstones and mutual expectations and to gain an initial impression of one another. A face-to-face interview will be arranged later.
